AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The StrategioApp Service operates as an informational and affiliate-based platform.

This means that some links, buttons, search results, or recommendations displayed within the Service may lead to third-party websites (such as airlines, booking platforms, flight and hotel search systems) with which the Administrator cooperates under affiliate programs.

1. How affiliate cooperation works

If a User:

• clicks a link available on the StrategioApp Service,

• is redirected to an external Partner’s website,

• and then makes a reservation or purchases a service,

the Service Administrator may receive a commission-based remuneration from the affiliate Partner.

❗ This commission does not affect the price, booking conditions, or availability of the offer for the User.

2. No sale of services by StrategioApp

StrategioApp:

• does not sell flight tickets, accommodation, travel packages, or other travel services,

• does not process payments,

• does not enter into contracts on behalf of Users,

• is not a party to the contract concluded between the User and the Partner.

All reservations, payments, changes, cancellations, complaints, and refunds are handled directly by the Partner, in accordance with the Partner’s own terms and conditions.

3. Affiliate partners

The Service may cooperate, among others, with:

• affiliate platforms (e.g. Travelpayouts),

• airlines,

• hotel booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com),

• travel service providers (e.g. car rentals, attractions, experiences).

Each Partner is an independent entity and acts as a separate data controller.

4. Responsibility for offers

StrategioApp makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented is accurate and up to date; however:

• prices and availability may change in real time,

• final offer terms are determined solely by the Partner,

• the Administrator is not responsible for the commercial decisions of Partners.

Users should always review the Partner’s terms, conditions, and privacy policy before completing any reservation.

5. Transparency and fairness

StrategioApp applies the affiliate model in a transparent manner, in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.

The purpose of the Service is to:

• simplify travel planning,

• compare available options,

• support Users in making informed travel decisions.
