How It Works (Step by Step)

StrategioApp is a travel planning and comparison tool.
We help you find sensible routes, good travel dates, and create a stay plan — while all bookings are made on external platforms (airlines / booking systems / affiliate partners).

1) Enter your departure and destination

In the field “Where are you flying from?”, type a city or airport
(e.g. “Warsaw”, “London”, “Berlin”).

Select a specific airport from the list
(e.g. WAW – Chopin, WMI – Modlin).

Do the same in “Where are you flying to?”.

Why do we ask you to choose a specific airport?

Many cities have multiple airports, and prices can differ significantly between them — sometimes by several times.

2) Add multiple departure airports (to find better prices)

If you live in Poland (or nearby), it often makes sense to check departures from several cities:

• Warsaw (WAW / WMI)

• Kraków (KRK)

• Gdańsk (GDN)

• Katowice (KTW)

• Wrocław (WRO)

• Berlin (BER)

How does this work in practice?

You add more departure airports → StrategioApp compares them and selects the best combinations.

3) Set dates and flexibility

Departure window (important)

Instead of a single date, you can set a range, e.g. March 10–20.
This greatly increases your chances of finding a cheaper day to travel.

Date flexibility (± days)

You decide how many days before and after your selected date the system should check.
Example: ±2 days means we also check two days earlier and two days later.

Search step

This defines how often dates are checked within your selected window (e.g. every 2 days).

• smaller step = more checks = higher chance of a good price

• larger step = faster results, but less precision

4) (Optional) Add a stopover

Sometimes the cheapest route is not a direct one.

When you enable Stopover, you can set:

• a stopover city (e.g. “London”),

• how many days you want to stay there (e.g. 2 days),

• then how long your final stay should be.

This allows you to build strategies like:
Warsaw → London (2 days) → Malaga (7 days) → Warsaw

5) Set the number of passengers

Choose:

• adults,

• children,

• infants.

⚠️ Note: Usually, the number of infants cannot exceed the number of adults (airline requirement).

6) Click “Find the best strategy”

After clicking the button, StrategioApp:

• checks available offers within your selected date range,

• compares departure variants (if you added more than one),

• applies flexibility and optional stopovers,

• selects the most favorable combination.

You receive:

• total price summary,

• detailed flight segments,

• specific dates and departure times.

7) Generate a stay plan (AI)

Once you’ve selected your dates and destination, you can generate an AI-powered stay plan.

What you get:

• a day-by-day plan (morning / midday / afternoon / evening),

• attraction suggestions tailored to your group (adults / children / infants),

• food and logistics suggestions,

• practical tips at the end.

You can also download the plan as a file (e.g. for printing or sharing with travel companions).

Are prices guaranteed?

No. Prices and availability change dynamically — sometimes even within minutes.

Why do I see a different airline than a “low-cost” carrier (e.g. Lufthansa)?

Because for a given date, configuration (number of passengers, stopover, airports), this option may currently be the most favorable.
Try expanding your date range or adding more departure airports.

What if I don’t see airports after typing a city?

Usually helps to:

• type the city name in English (e.g. “Warsaw”),

• enter the airport code directly (e.g. “WAW”),

• try a variant of the city name (e.g. “Warszawa Chopin”).
